Preparing the Next Generation of Servant Leaders
Leadership Development
Most Christian schools have a statement about their desire to train and develop servant leaders, and rightfully so. Jesus Christ himself modeled servant leadership and left us with a mandate to train up servant leaders. At Cottage Hill Christian Academy we have taken Christ's directive and become purposeful in achieving it. We do not simply express servant leadership in our mission statement and literature, but we are intentionally developing the next generation of servant leaders.
Cultivating servant leaders is one of five key strategic goals that Cottage Hill has adopted in order to become the best Christian school possible. We take our role in building Godly leaders seriously. In fact, we have devoted our time and resources in order to implement a groundbreaking, revolutionary program for the 2006-2007 year: The Cottage Hill Student Leadership Institute. Through the Institute, our students will learn the skills and principles of effective servant leadership from some of the best leaders on the Gulf Coast. We will raise up a generation of servant leaders armed with necessary leadership skills and prepared to impact their churches, college campuses, and communities for Jesus Christ.
Imagine a school that produces great leaders for the cause of Jesus Christ. Now imagine being part of it at Cottage Hill Christian Academy.
In Christ,
